How long does a Gelous manicure typically last?

When applied correctly with our UV/LED lamps, a Gelous manicure is designed to be chip-resistant and maintain a high-shine finish for up to two weeks.

Are your gel polishes vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, we are proud to be 100% vegan and cruelty-free. Our formulas do not contain any animal-derived ingredients and are never tested on animals.

What is your shipping policy for Australian orders?

We offer standard and express shipping across Australia. Orders over $100 AUD qualify for free standard shipping, with most metro deliveries arriving within 3-5 business days.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Do I need a UV or LED lamp to use Gelous polish?

Yes, our gel polish is a professional-grade formula that requires curing under a UV/LED lamp to harden and set. It will not air-dry like traditional nail polish.
